Dining Hall Expansion Phase 1

- Expand the inside seating by 300 and the outside seating by 100
- Remodel the drink, condiment, and salad bar area
- New kitchen area and food storage
- New cleaning area
- New sublevel conference room and overflow dining
- New restrooms and storage

New Playground System Phase 1 ($50,000)

- Replace all old equipment with new playground items around a central tower/fort
- A bouldering wall for low-level, belay-free climbing
